Tracking Orders
Upon shipment, you will receive an email notification with tracking information.
Shipping
We process the orders within 1-5 business days. We use standard shipping rates ($5.99) with either USPS or UPS ground for orders that do not fulfill a minimum of $30 before tax. Free shipping for orders that are $30+. International shipping will be billed based on actual shipping costs.

UPS does not accept a Post Office Box address for shipments. You must provide a street address.
Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase of a bra that fits perfectly! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return within14 days of receipt in the original condition and with tags attached. We will process the refund upon receipt of your return. Please fill out this Return Form and ship the merchandise with the form at your cost with a carrier that provides tracking and insurance.

Refunds for all transactions will be issued to the original form of payment. We only process returns that were purchased via www.tweenbeeintimates.com. Garments purchased from department stores or specialty stores must be returned to the store in which it was purchased.

Currently, we cannot accept return of panties for hygienic concerns. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
