1) What size should I buy?

2) When will I receive my awesome product?
Products should take 5-7 days to arrive at your destination after processing. If your product still has not arrived, contact the shipping company using your tracking number or reach out to our customer service.
3) Are these bras full coverage?
Yes! Our full coverage bra is specifically designed to have full coverage with a perfect amount of padding that is comfortable and stylish. We also have our demi bra that is a 3/4 coverage.
4) Is there free shipping?
Free shipping are for orders that are $30+ for customers in the continuous US. This excludes Alaska, Hawaii, or US territories.
We use standard shipping rates ($5.99) with either USPS or UPS ground for orders that do not fulfill a minimum of $30 before tax.
International shipping will be billed based on actual shipping costs.
5) What is your return / exchange policy?
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase of a bra that fits perfectly! We will issue a return for an item within 14 days of receipt if it is in the original condition and with tags attached. Please fill out this Return Form and ship the merchandise with the form at your cost with a carrier that provides tracking and insurance.
Refunds for all transactions will be issued to the original form of payment. We only process returns that were purchased via www.tweenbeeintimates.com. Garments purchased from department stores or specialty stores must be returned to the store in which it was purchased.

For panties, we are currently not accepting any returns for hygienic concerns. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
6) Will my promotion be deducted from my refund?
Promotional value is subject to adjustment. For promotions with a minimum required spend, promotional savings will be deducted from refunds if a cancellation or return causes your order subtotal to drop below the required spend
